Refund & Rescheduling Full refunds are available if cancellations are made by the following deadlines:
Dive Trips: At least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure time
Rental Equipment: At least 24 hours prior to departure
How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation
You may cancel or modify your reservation by:
Managing your booking through your reservation confirmation

“No-shows” and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling, for any reason.
If the captain cancels a trip due to weather or safety concerns, a full refund will always be issued.
Unused reservations cannot be resold or transferred after departure or once the trip has taken place. This policy applies to all bookings and helps ensure fairness and consistency for every guest.
